We offer three 1 hour personal training sessions a week, along with fitness assessment, custom exercise and nutrition plans specific to each veterans needs.

Your lifestyle and fitness goals are designed to be realistic and attainable.

Reps 4 Vets is for beginners, intermediate and those wanting advanced training, but want to break through a plateau.

Our expectation is that after you've completed the 12 weeks of training, you have a discipline in place to meet any fitness goal you want.
